Q. I am unable to view the Virtual Photo Tours...I only see a blank screen
and no images.
A. The Virtual Tours on this site use java applets. Depending on what browser
you are using you will have to check your settings to see if you have java
enabled to be able to view the Virtual Tours.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.xx or 6.xx for Windows
1. Go to the Internet Explorer menu and select Tools, Internet Options, Advanced
tab. Scroll down till you come to either Java VM or Microsoft VM and make
sure the 'JIT compiler enabled' box is checked...if not...check it and click
on 'Apply'
You will need to restart your computer after applying this change.
2. If you are still not able to see the virtual tours go to Tools, Internet
Options, Security Tab and click on 'Custom Level' and make sure 'Scripting
of Java applets' is on 'enable' and click 'OK'
3. If you still have problems viewing the virtual tours go back to step 2
and locate 'Java permissions' and set to 'High safety' and click 'OK'
If after the above steps you are still having problems it could be that the
Java Virtual Machine may need to be reinstalled ...possibly due to it having
been corrupted during an update to your system.

Java issues including installation, upgrading and configuring your web
browser.
Note: Windows XP Users
Windows XP does not come with a Java Virtual Machine(JVM) installed.
To run any java applet a JVM must be installed.
If you have installed Windows XP over an existing installation of Windows
that already has Internet Explorer with a JVM installed, then you should
be alright.
If not, installing this will not only enable you to see most virtual tours,
but will also help you to see other web pages containing other java technologies
which you may already be having trouble with.
